U.S. Air Marshall

Glenda, I remember the day you arrived and were assigned to second platoon 118th MP Co (ABN) FT Bragg, NC. I remember the moment you arrived in the platoon area and platoon SGT SSG Ricketts put you through his famous front lean and rest position 118th 2nd platoon WELCOME INTRODUCTION. As he put you through the motions you handled yourself in the highest traditions of an AIRBORNE PARATROOPER! You showed absolute strength, courage and nerves of steel that would not be broken. I remember the look of shock on a few of my brothers faces that a female was assigned to the 118th.

I want to congratulate you on your Trilogy of books. I am proud of you for all of your personal and professional achievements and not surprised. I also want to say being a Chicago born and raised white Jewish male I am also honored to have served our country with you.
